What types of food do you like that is healthy?

I can't think of any at the moment, but I do love salads. That I know.

    Re: OT- Healthy food

In the world of healthy food, we are often encouraged to seek out natural, wholesome ingredients that can enhance our well-being. Whether it’s adding more greens to our plate, choosing whole grains, or indulging in seasonal fruits, there is an entire range of foods that nurture our bodies from within. One such powerful ingredient that often gets overlooked, especially when it comes to evening meals, is garlic.
Garlic, with its rich history as both a culinary staple and a medicinal herb, has been praised for centuries for its various health benefits. From ancient civilizations who believed it gave strength to warriors, to modern times where garlic supplements line the shelves, this small yet potent bulb has more to offer than just flavor.
